1. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
Certain items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, or earrings, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Return Policy
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@zeico.net with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to return your item(s).
Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including a copy of your receipt and the Return Authorization Number.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
4. Exchange Policy
To return your product, you should mail your product to the physical address
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at president@zeico.net. We will guide you through the exchange process based on product availability.
Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions mentioned above.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@zeico.net with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
